Electromagnetica, a Romanian electric and electronic equipment manufacturer, decided to auction eleven small hydropower plants in the Suceava river basin.
The minimum starting price for the assets is set at €5.83 million. The auction, an open bid process, is scheduled for August 7.
The sale will encompass the land, buildings, and associated equipment of these hydropower plants, which Electromagnetica plans to offer as a single package. This move is part of its strategic divestment plan.
