Poland's Polenergia to power InPost with wind energy

Poland's energy major Polenergia has signed a multi-year power purchase agreement (PPA) to supply electricity to domestic courier company InPost from its 121 MW Debsk wind farm.

Through a recent agreement with Polenergia, InPost will power its extensive network of nearly 24,000 Paczkomat parcel machines, 1,300 electric cars, and various facilities in Poland with renewable energy.

The contracted volume of renewable energy will be sourced from Polenergia's Debsk wind farm, located in the central Mazowieckie province. This facility, already operational, is Poland's largest onshore wind project and boasts an estimated annual production of 366 GWh—sufficient to power approximately 183,000 households.

By harnessing the power of renewable energy, InPost reinforces its commitment to environmental sustainability and sets a positive example for the industry.
