Prebet Aiud, a manufacturer of reinforced and pre-stressed concrete prefabs, announces that it has signed a joint venture contract, which has as its object the design and execution of some production halls. The structure of the halls, according to the project, will also be expected to support the development of a new photovoltaic park, on their roof, in order to achieve the issuer's goal of becoming energy independent.
"The contract was concluded on March 1, 2023, with a duration of 4 months. The updated value of the contract is €1,047,048.54 exclusive of VAT, which will be paid in 4 installments, until June 14, 2023, according to the clauses and in compliance with the conditions stipulated in the contract. The price of the contract will be paid from the issuer's own sources", the company announces.
The purpose of concluding the joint venture agreement is the company's need to create a production space for the equipment contracted on February 21, 2023, and to be paid from the issuer's own sources, as a result of the strategy to increase the production capacity.
The company has a capitalization of RON81.99 million (€16.4 million).
In 2022, Prebet Aiud achieved a net turnover of RON44.92 million (€9 million) and a net profit of RON4.14 million (€828.000).
