Romanian engineering and technology company Simtel Team, along with another independent company, will develop a photovoltaic power plant in Satu Mare.
Simtel has signed a contract worth €19.3 million, excluding VAT, which involves all aspects related to the design and construction of the power plant, as well as ensuring its long-term optimal operation. The estimated capacity of the plant is approximately 27 MWp.
The contract duration is 47 months from the signing date, including the park's execution, commissioning tests, performance testing, and warranty period.
"The Simtel Team holds a 50% share in the profits and losses within the association," said the company.
