OMV Petrom to acquire wind and solar projects in Southern Romania

The Romanian Competition Council will analyze the transaction through which OMV Petrom SA intends to acquire, together with RES Terranet Holding SRL, the companies Tenersolar Park SRL, Enerintens Solar SRL, and CIL PV Plant SRL, which are working on the development of four wind farms and a photovoltaic park in southern Romania.

RES Terranet Holding SRL is a holding company that invests in several Romanian firms focused on the development, generation, commercialization, supply, and management of renewable energy assets.

Tenersolar Park SRL, Enerintens Solar SRL, and CIL PV Plant SRL specialize in electricity production and are project companies aiming to develop four wind farms and a photovoltaic park in southern Romania.
