Greenvolt Power has completed the sale of the Pelplin Wind Farm (pictured) to Enea Nowa Energia, a subsidiary of the Enea Group, one of Poland's largest electricity providers.
The transaction, valued at €174.4 million, has been successfully finalized.
Located in the municipality of Pelplin, in north-central Poland, the project has obtained all necessary permits and is fully operational. It comprises 16 Siemens Gamesa SG145 turbines, each with a capacity of 5.2 MW, reaching a total installed capacity of 83.2 MW.
The Enea Group operates across the entire electricity value chain, from fuel supply and power generation to distribution, sales, and customer service.
The sale of the Pelplin Wind Farm, together with the recently closed transaction for the Sompolno hybrid project announced earlier this April, has generated nearly €250 million in cash inflow for the Greenvolt Group.
