iHunt Technology Import Export, a manufacturer of mobile phones and gadgets, has launched a new product from the green energy range, a photovoltaic panel. It was made in collaboration with the Luxen company, a manufacturer of lighting sources. According to the company, the new iHunt Titan Solar Power 455W solar panel meets the most stringent requirements, being assembled with high-efficiency cells and innovatively designed solar modules. The shipment of the first units took place in the second quarter of this year.
"With two panels and advanced technologies, iHunt Titan Solar Power reduces the risk of the hot spot and the shading effect, increasing the output power and resulting in higher reliability and performance than in the case of conventional modules", states the company in an announcement sent to the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BSE).
Also, iHunt completes the new business line with two new Power Stations of medium capacity: iHunt Energy Backup and iHunt Energy Backup PRO. iHunt portable power stations can be used for power supply in case of power cuts, to power everyone household appliances, power tools, medical equipment or for powering them all devices used in hiking.
iHunt Technology Import-Export achieved in the first quarter of this year a net profit of RON52,512 (€10,502), almost 95% lower than the result of RON968,398 (€193,679) in the 1st quarter of 2022.
Revenues totaled RON10.9 million (€2.18 million), down 16%, while expenses decreased by 8.5% to RON10.84 million (€2.16 million).
"The global smartphone market recorded at the end of the first quarter of 2023 the fifth consecutive decline, the industry still facing a difficult situation, in the context of low consumer demand and persistent economic uncertainty", the quarterly report shows of iHunt.
