Autonom Services SA informs that it is accelerating the fleet electrification process by acquiring 200 electric cars. The total value of the cars is approx. €10 million and the funds used for this acquisition come from the European Investment Bank as part of the transition to a zero-emissions fleet.
Last autumn, Autonom received €15 million in financing from the European Investment Bank for the expansion of the fleet of electric and hybrid cars and acquired and integrated Ţiriac Operating Lease (Premium Leasing SRL), the operational leasing division of the Ţiriac Group.
Autonom Services, a mobility network controlled by brothers Marius and Dan Ştefan, with bonds on the Bucharest Stock Exchange, reported a net profit of RON61.5 million (€12.3 million) for last year, up 173.4% compared to the result in 2021, respectively RON22.5 million (€4.5 million).
The group's operating revenues totalled RON646.26 million (€129.25 million), up 64% year-on-year.
Autonom bonds are listed on the local stock exchange under the symbols AUT24E and AUT26E.
