ELI Parks continues its national development strategy through the new logistics and industrial park in Oradea, an investment of €22 million in a 30,000 sqm class A facility. ELI Park Oradea will be equipped with photovoltaic panels, with an installed power of 3MW/h. The kit installed in partnership with Tesla Group will bring an expected saving of 30% of energy consumption for the future tenants of the park.

After the recent construction works start at the Ploiești and Bucharest projects, ELI Parks announces a new logistic park in Oradea, successfully continuing its national development strategy.

The project will be built in the western area of the city (Calea Borșului) and will benefit from direct access to the future Oradea ring road and an express connection to the A3 highway.

The new logistics park in Oradea will include two buildings, with a total area of 30,000 sqm. For the first phase of the 10,000 sqm unit, the building permit was obtained, and the works will start by this summer at the latest.

The project, which will attract an investment of 22 million euros, addresses both the tenants in the production and in the logistics areas.

"As part of the ESG strategy agreed at management level and which we intend to implement in all future projects, ELI Park Oradea will be equipped with photovoltaic panels, with an installed power of 3MW/h. The kit installed in partnership with Tesla Group , will bring an expected saving of 30% of energy consumption for the future tenants of the park. At the same time, the initiative represents an important step for ELI Parks, marking the contribution to the preservation of the environment in which we operate, and to the development of a sustainable business ecosystem", explains Andrei Jerca, Managing Director, ELI Parks.

The network of logistics and industrial parks of class A, ELI Parks, is developed in partnership by Element Group, founded by Ionuț Dumitrescu, and D Craig Real Estate, the real estate division of the investment fund D Craig Holding, controlled by Sacha Dragic.

"In recent years, Oradea has become one of the main regional centers with high economic potential, thanks to a Western vision of the authorities. The transparent, pro-business attitude contributed to attracting large investors and led us to add Oradea to the ELI Parks development map", says Andrei Jerca.

In addition to the hub in the North-West area of the Bucharest, the developer is working on a series of projects in cities such as Braila, Ploiesti or Bacau. To develop a sustainable portfolio, ELI Parks projects will be equipped with photovoltaic panels, thus allowing tenants to cover 30% of their energy consumption from renewable sources and a lower occupancy cost.
