Bellemonde secures funding for resi project near Bucharest

Romanian developer Bellemonde Developement has obtained €21 million in funding from Libra Internet Bank for a residential project in Pipera, near Bucharest.

The Bellemonde development will include 93 villas and 71 apartments that will be completed in two years following an investment of more than €40 million.

Bellemonde Developement has received the construction permit in early June and plans to kick off the development in the next months.

The complex will include several facilities for residents such as coworking spaces and commercial areas with terraces and shops.

The developer has completed to date several residential projects in northern Bucharest and plans another residential investment on a land plot close to Bellemonde.
