STC Partners to start new resi project in Bucharest

STC Partners will start a new residential project in Bucharest after completing the acquisition of a land plot for €7.2 million.

The developer has already secured the building permit for the new residential complex that will feature 170 apartments, retail spaces and additional facilities for residents. The estimated investment in the complex will reach close to €35 million.

“Construction will start in the fall of this year, and the sales are expected to start in the coming weeks, as many of our clients, partners, and collaborators have already requested offers", says Andrei Ștefan, Partner STC Partners. 

At present, STC Partners is developing the second phase of a separate residential project in Bucharest.
